Are you accepting new clients/patients?

Yes, we are! You can come visit our facility or call us for any questions and scheduling.

What are your hours and where are you located?

Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Closed on Sundays.

Are you open for walk-in appointments?

No. Dr. Hong is our one and only veterinarian! This means that in order to prioritize the best care to all our patients, we operate by appointment only. However if you have an urgent matter, don't hesitate to contact us. 


Where can I take my pet in case of an emergency or after-hours?

We recommend Urgent Paws Vet Clinic for after-hours care, and Veterinary Emergency Group for emergencies. See our emergency hospital list for more information!


I need my pet's food or prescription, what are the requirements?

Your pet needs to have an examination within one year at our facility! Our staff is trained to make sure that your pet not only gets their yearly exams, but is being maintained responsibly through vaccinations, preventions, etc. We are willing and able to work with you and your circumstances to make sure your pet gets the food and prescriptions they need, but seeing your pet at a minimum yearly basis is the priority.


Why am I receiving text messages and/or emails from a 'pet portal'?

We utilize a platform known as Otto  (rebranded from Televet) in order to simplify communications. You may receive automated reminders for your pet's vaccines that are due and future appointments. There is much more to see in the app, including your pet's customizable profile where you can view your pet's vaccine reminders at any time. Download: for iOS and for Android
